Our website accepts payment by Mastercard and Visa.
You must enter the correct name, expiry date, billing address and any information requested by your credit card authorizer during checkout. Otherwise, your order will be rejected.
Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
We reserve the rights to reject any transactions and make refund via its original payment method, at our sole discretion without explaining the reasons to you, if we suspect a transaction to be fraudulent or illegitimate.
We ship internationally.
However, we have subjectively blocked out certain shipping locations where local postage services have proven to be unreliable or are still being severely delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are located in them (your country is not available in the shipping page), please contact us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if special location delivery can be arranged.
- Customers are solely responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We cannot be responsible for lost parcels or re-direct the parcel to a new address if you provided a wrong address. We reserve the rights to charge an additional 30% of the order’s total cost to have it re-shipped if a parcel is returned to us because you gave us the wrong postal address.
We glady offer a flat shipping rate of UDS 10 for all orders.
We believe you should not be shocked at the checkout page when you see a hefty shipping cost and abandon your cart.
We ship with tracking services. The tracking number will be provided to you in our shipping confirmation email.
However, some carriers may not provide real-time tracking. It may take up to 72 hours before the first tracking information shows up on their tracking page (an “error”, “no such shipment” or “invalid tracking number” may show before it is first updated). We sincerely ask you to be patient.
In case the carrier’s tracking page does not display tracking information after 72 hours, please contact us at email@example.com for help.
Generally, shipping takes 3-5 days to arrive at most locations. During peak seasons, such as the period leading to Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, shipping may take up to 7 days.
The customs bureau of every country has the right to inspect and put on hold the delivery of any parcel. We cannot control or guarantee the delivery time in such case. The parcel will not be considered “Lost in Transit” in such instance and you must clear the custom yourself.
The clearance of your local customs is your sole responsibility.
In general, we use local postal services (i.e., USPS for the United States, Royal Mail for the United Kingdom). Their service standard and delivery time are reliable, and their customer support can help customers reliably if problems occur.
We may be able to offer expedited shipping in certain countries, but extra shipping costs could be substantial. Should you require expedited delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
The customs bureau of every country has the right to stop and hold a shipment and impose import duties on you, the buyer. We are not responsible for any custom fee imposed by your country’s customs bureau. You are responsible to clear customs and pay any due duties at your own costs.
We cannot accept refund requests if you are unwilling to clear customs in your country. If the parcel is returned to us as a result of you unwilling to pay import duties, we will charge an additional 30% of the items’ sales price to have it shipped to you again.
