Where do you ship to?
Normally We ship to almost all the countries in the world and we offer FREE shipping on every item in our Gigatrendy.com store.
How long will it take to get my order?
In some cases, it could depend on the shipment destination. Some countries are much faster than others. It depends on where you are located and how far you are from the logistic warehouses. It takes around 1 to 2 days for us to process your order for shipping.
Once it is shipped, the estimated arrival time will be:
Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan: 3 to 14 Business Days
US & Canada, Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands, and Germany: 7 to 21 Business Days
Other Western European Countries: 8 to 21 Business Days
Other countries: 14 to 30 Business Days

Do you have a store where I can see and touch the products?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical shop, we are an online shop company only.
Is there a warranty period for the backpacks?
Yes, the warranty period is 6 month. If you have a problem with the backpack within this period, please provide a photograph with the faulty part. We will then assess the problem and come up with a solution.
Is the power bank included in the backpack?
No, power banks are not included in the backpack. There is a simple connection inside the backpack that makes sure that you can easily connect all power banks that are on the market (by USB plug). This way the power bank will never be outdated and you can keep using new models to charge your devices. Because this backpack will last for a while!
What is your cancellation policy?
If you find yourself in the situation where you want to cancel the order, please let us know- contact our customer support- within 24 hours. Otherwise, there is a possibility the order gets to be processed and shipped.
Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?
Based on the information we were given by our shipping partners, the most likely case is the customs fee & duty can be avoided in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, countries in the European Union, Norway, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. Anywhere else, we have to check with our shipping agent. We try our best to help you minimize custom fees and taxes but sometimes there is that one unlucky package.
How can I track my orders?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the link to show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way once it has left the warehouse.
Why is tracking link not working yet?
Please allow us up to 3-5 days for shipping information to be ready as tracking information is only updated when the package gets through parcel point hubs. This also means that if the tracker does not update daily the package is still on its way to you.
